Please note:

Each year NWAIS hosts a Student Diversity Leadership Retreat and alternates between serving Upper School and Middle School Students. This year NWAIS is serving upper schools students. In order to provide a middle school offering, several schools collaborated to create a student experience. To join, see contact information for organizers below.

Join Billings Middle School, Eastside Prep, The Evergreen School, Lakeside School, Northwest School, Rowland Hall, Seattle Country Day School, University Prep and Villa Academy as we gather our NWAIS schools’ 6-8th graders for a summit on diversity, equity and inclusion.

 

In this off year for NWAIS middle school student programming, hope to offer our middle schoolers the opportunity to connect, engage and learn with and from each other as they explore topics of diversity, equity and inclusion.

 

Join us on Saturday, March 23rd from 9:00 am-3:00 pm at Lakeside School in Seattle, WA.

is our newest cohort for our newest educators. In this cohort educators in their first five years of independent school teaching will meet regularly over the course of 6 months, to discuss ideas of pedagogy, planning, and professionalism.
