Legal Update: Student Mental Health Under the ADA

Date: Wednesday - March 06, 2019
Time: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Location: Zoom Video Conference

Legal Update:

Student Mental Health Under the ADA

The CDC reports increased reporting of depression and anxiety in children aged 6-17.

This is consistent with our anecdotal observations as well. This webinar will address the requirements of the ADA, as well as state based disability laws, and the steps you should take to remain in compliance when confronted with requests for accommodation of students with mental and emotional health issues.
