Conference Overview

Each year NWAIS hosts a dynamic conference which is an opportunity to gather with colleagues and engage with content around school finance and operations. We are thrilled to be planning our first in-person Business Officers conference since 2019. Participants will engage in sessions around the economic and legal landscape and the changing role of leadership in the covid-era, as well as have an opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the region.

Who Should Attend?

Independent School Business Managers and Their Colleagues.

Interested in Leading a Session?

This year we would like to maximize the opportunity to learn from you, our NWAIS colleagues. If you have a project, a relationship with a vendor who has become a trusted thought leaders, or an area where you have been working with your board to move your school forward, we would love to hear from you. Please consider submitting a proposal for short session (15 minutes), or a breakout session. You are welcome to present on your own or co-present with colleague from your school or another school.

To submit a proposal, please email Emily McGrath at emcgrath@nwais.org with:

  • A title and session description
  • A list of who would be presenting

  • If you would like to present a 15 minute session or a 60 minute session.

It is ok if your idea is still evolving. The planning committee would love to hear from you!
