Self Study Workshop

October 1, 2021  - Free Virtual Meeting - 9:00-12:30pm

Will you be contributing to your school’s Self Study?
Are you hosting a Visiting Team in 2022-22 or 23-24?

Are you a Candidate School looking to prepare early for initial accreditation?
Do you want to learn more about the NWAIS accreditation process?

Schools hosting accreditation visits in 22-23 or 23-24 years are encouraged to send a team to this virtual workshop. Come connect, ask questions and share ideas with teams from other schools also in the Self Study process.

Attend this workshop to:

  • Learn how the Self Study fits into the accreditation process
  • Understand the role of the Self Study Coordinator
  • Explore ways to design your school’s Self Study process
  • Learn how to work with the Team Chair and Visiting Team
  • Share ideas with other schools about how your school is using (or might imagine using) this unique time in history to reflect on and work toward NWAIS Standards to create lasting change

NWAIS offers two workshops over the course of the school year to better meet the needs of schools. Questions at the beginning of the process can be different from those closer to the visit. Although the program will be similar, the conversation may differ based on the needs of attendees. Come once or come twice.

Registration for this event is free for NWAIS members. To RSVP, please contact Betsy Watkins, NWAIS Director of Accreditation.
