Workshop Description

How Practical Neuroscience Can Help with Trauma Informed Care

At your wit’s end with classroom behavior issues? Here’s your chance to get behind the behavior, and learn how practical neuroscience can help guide your approaches. We will explore how children learn best, what might be getting in their way of success, and practical ideas you can immediately use in your classroom. Join us for this information-packed zoom session!

Facilitator: Chris Reavis

Chris is a proud parent of a child who has Autism and ADHD. He’s also a Harvard-certified parent coach, speaker, and author. His latest book, Unleash, comes out in November. Chris has been recognized as a leading parenting expert, particularly with special needs kids. After the success of his parent programs, he created new programs for schools – to help with the wave of stress and trauma in the classroom. Chris lives in the Pacific Northwest with his two kids, wife, and wonder pup, Penelope.

Chris will also be leading a full-day in-person workshop: Demystified and Simplified - The Neuroscience Behind Behavioral Issues on October 26, 2021. Come to one or both!
