Riverstone International School is an independent, international, coeducational, day and boarding school. Riverstone is the first International Baccalaureate World School in Idaho.

The school is authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme. Riverstone serves students from the Treasure Valley area of Idaho and from all over the world. Over the past several years, Riverstone has enrolled students and employed faculty from six continents. Appproximately 30% of Riverstone students receive scholarships or tuition assistance.

Riverstone offers a residential program for students in grades 9-12. Our dormitory is located in downtown Boise, offering a home away from home for both domestic and international students. With a maximum of 28 students, our dormitory provides a home away from home.

The educational philosophy of the school is built upon a foundation of five pillars: Academic Excellence, International Understanding, Community and Service, Leadership by Example, and Outdoor Education.
