We are a preschool through fifth grade school with an emphasis on thematic learning. Our beginning program, while intellectually rich, is traditional in the sense that a large component of each day is spent in learning through play. Academic instruction in the primary and intermediate grades is coupled with engagement of the whole child through active learning by doing. Children meet across the grades as the whole school shares in common curricular endeavors. Teachers have a breadth of experience and a heightened sense of commitment to collaboration with the children and one another.
