Founded in 1967, The Overlake School is an independent, nonsectarian, coeducational, college preparatory day school. Hybrid Instructional Aides are on-campus support personnel who assist with a variety of responsibilities as follows: Provide support to teachers who are teaching remotely with students who are in classrooms Provide basic technical support to ensure that faculty and students can participate in online classes, meetings, and activities Work with the Technology and Teaching & Learning teams to best support hybrid instruction Ensure students in class are engaged with faculty lessons Provide support during student health check-ins Supervise students during lunch and break times Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience working in a school setting Competency with technology, including hardware and software, and ability to help students navigate online classes, meetings, and activities Candidates must satisfactorily complete an extensive background check
Compensation This is an hourly position with a rate of $15-$18/hour based on experience. These positions are expected to be 40-hour work weeks with consistent hours when school is in session. Postings will remain open indefinitely.
