Abstract Olympia Waldorf School (OWS), a private, non-profit school, is seeking an efficient, well-organized, experienced professional to provide daily general bookkeeping/administrative oversight and human resources services as needed. Desired Qualifications, Training, & Experience ?2 years accounting training and/or experience ?Proficiency with Quick Books, Microsoft Word and Excel ?Accounts Payable and Receivable processing ?Payroll processing (PayNorthwest) ?Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?Impeccable attention to detail, systems, and processes ?Occasional flexibility in work schedule to accommodate time-sensitive duties Essential Functions & Responsibilities: ?Process weekly accounts payable & staff reimbursement processing ?Manage all aspects of customer financial accounts ?Record daily cash receipts and weekly deposits ?Process semi-monthly payroll (we use PayNorthwest) ?Conduct monthly billing & accounts receivable follow up ?Assist with OWS financial aid program ?Process & track incoming tax-deductible donations ?Provide excellent customer service to families, vendors & community members ?Appropriately manage confidential/sensitive information ?Use appropriate methods of feedback & communication Compensation ?Non-Exempt, Part-Time (20 hrs/week) ?Wage is commensurate to education & experience ?Partial tuition remission & extended care benefits are available Application Process Please submit a cover letter, résumé, and three professional references via email to sredden@olympiawaldorf.org or by mail to Olympia Waldorf School, P.O.
