Riverstone International School is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Boarding Coordinator with on-site residence expected from approximately early October 2021 to mid-June 2022.

We are seeking to hire a qualified individual as a full-time Boarding Coordinator with on-site residence expected from approximately early August 2021 to mid-June 2022. The Boarding Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of the school’s boarding program. Working together with the Boarding Manager and two Boarding Assistants, the Boarding Coordinator will create a safe and nurturing home environment for the school’s 32 residential students in Grades 9–12, ensuring a safe and positive experience for boarding students that aligns with the school’s mission and guiding principles. While Riverstone is located on the eastern edge of Boise in a beautiful residential area, the school’s boarding facility is located in Boise’s vibrant downtown and provides a unique experience for students and the boarding team.

A successful candidate will have experience in a secondary school boarding program with leadership and management responsibility, teaching or counseling experience, a passion for residential life, and a calm and friendly demeanor. Fluency in a second language and international experience is desirable.
