We are seeking a long-term sub to teach high school French classes. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching French on beginning to advanced levels and in working with high school students. This is a full-time position starting immediately to support a faculty leave.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS FOR THE PERSON IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • A passion for your subject matter and an engaging learning environment;
  • Desire, interest, and enthusiasm for working with upper school-aged students;
  • Compassion, patience, sense of humor, contextual emotional intelligence;
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities;
  • Ability to work effectively with all constituent groups - teachers, parents, students, and administrative teams; and
  • Experience with addressing student behavior.
