Bright Water Waldorf School seeks an experienced teacher to substitute in the Grade School (1st – 8th) as needed during the 2017-18 school year.
BA or BS required
Experience teaching grade school or middle school age students
Washington State Teaching Certificate preferred
Waldorf Teaching Certificate and/or Waldorf teaching experience preferred
Strong student management skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Be adaptable; able to change work plan based on needs of particular class
Applicants must also:
Be able to lift 55 pounds
Be able to climb stairs
Clear fingerprint background check
Have current CPR, first aid and blood borne pathogens training certificates
