The Grade School Class Teacher holds overall responsibility to support the healthy development and progress of the students in their class. The teacher represents the school to the parents of the children in their class, providing communication and education regarding the curriculum, programs, and practices of the school. This position works with the administration and all lead teachers to ensure school educational standards are met. The Grade School Class Teacher holds an overall responsibility for the successful functioning and growth of the school through support, active participation and timely completion of school wide duties.


  • Waldorf Teacher Certification or actively engaged in coursework to complete Waldorf Teacher Certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
