Our summer program is currently recruiting for a Digital Music Production teacher for the Investigative Learning Camp, an academic summer camp designed for students entering grades 5-8. In this class, students will learn the basics of music production and editing using a digital audio workstation. Each week will culminate with a showcase in which students share their musical creations. All courses in the ILC are project based and do not assume students have any previous knowledge of the subject matter. No homework is assigned. The position will be part time. This class will run July 8 – August 2, 8:30 a.m. – 10 a.m., Monday through Friday. There will be a mandatory orientation meeting on Wednesday, July 3.

Requirements and Qualifications
The stipend for this position is $500 per week, for a maximum of $2,000. Lunch is included. The course will only run if enough students register. Enrollment will remain open until June 1. If the number of students enrolled is too small on June 1, the course will not run, and, therefore, the stipend will not be paid.
