Provide executive level support to the CFO/Assistant Head of School in a dynamic private independent school located in North Seattle. Position duties include calendaring, travel, expense reconciliation, committee agendas/minutes, and other functions supporting the CFO. Office Manager duties include managing the custom bus program, oversight of a business office comprised of eight employees, managing student bus passes and club accounts, and other duties as assigned by the Controller. Human Resources duties include posting positions internally and externally via an applicant tracking software program, gathering and auditing new hire paperwork, tracking harassment training and other duties as assigned by the HR director.

This position is non-overtime eligible with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. There may be times when staying past 4pm is necessary due to custom bus issues.
