Exhibiting at NWAIS Events
Note: Registration for Exhibit Space is Open to All Organizations. Annual or Event Sponsorships Are Not Required.
Exhibiting at NWAIS events allows representatives of your company to build relationships with a targeted segment of potential clients.
The small scale of this event allows both exhibitors and participants to connect. This exhibitor event begins with each exhibitor briefly introducing themselves to a general session. This is followed by a reception with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. At the conclusion of the reception, exhibitors are invited to stay and connect with new and old business contacts over dinner.

The exhibitor reception will be April 29, 2019, 5:00-6:00pm
The conference is attended by 50-60 CFOs, Business Managers, Business Officers, Directors of Operations from over fifty schools throughout the region.

Digital Exhibiting At The Fall Educators Conference
The Fall Educators Conference is NWAIS’s signature annual event and is targeted at k-12 educators and administrators.Around 1000 educators and school leaders will gather to hear from regional and national thought leaders and connect with colleagues.
Attendees navigate the conference via a smartphone app. This is the primary way of accessing conference information. In 2016, 1300+ users downloaded the conference app in the days approaching, during and following the conference.
Virtual Exhibit Hall
We keep our attendees busy all day. They don’t have the chance to visit an exhibit hall. With the help of our good friends at CalWest Educators Placement, we ran a pilot of the virtual exhibit hall. Get your company’s information into their hands and available for the rest of the year.

Virtual Exhibit Space - $500
Upload your company’s .jpg logo to the app. Attendees see it on your mobile app exhibitor listing. From there they can download product literature, show brochures, press releases, and other .pdf documents you have uploaded to the mobile app. You save money on travel, printing and booth materials. Attendees download or email your information to their smart phones. Virtual exhibitors may also register to attend the conference at the member rate.
